Alyson Lyon, MBA, is one of the founding partners and president of Higher View Coaching & Consulting in Pittsburgh. She is an International Coach Federation certified executive coach who works with senior executives, business leaders, mid-level managers and various teams. She was recently named one of Pittsburgh Business Times’ Top Five Executive Coaches and praised in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for helping a client “get clear about the company's direction” and for “absolutely … improving the company's bottom line.” Alyson has spent 20 years of her career in various leadership roles administering the work of more than 200 attorneys and support staff in three law firms in her role as Executive Director. During his 25 year career as a professional in the engineering and architectural field, Craig was responsible for building and leading diverse teams to complete large scale projects. Today, Craig is a successful coach providing an in-depth approach to leadership development and a systematic method for building winning teams.
